About us
Report It was initially developed in 2005 as part of the Your London public sector portal funded by London Connects. Ongoing development and partner support was funded by the Greater London Authority and from 2010 by Capital Ambition. The Report It project board leading the service and responsible for technical standards is led by Capital Ambition and contains representatives from various London borough councils, Transport for London, London Fire Brigade and the Metropolitan Police.
The Report It API and managed service is developed and provided by iCasework Ltd. iCasework Ltd. is a UK based company that has provided enterprise case management solutions to the UK public sector since 1998. Solutions offered include on-demand complaints management through www.usefulfeedback.com, FOI and information request handling, ASB case management and HR case management.
